I am a painter and video installationist, I work as an artist researcher who is concerned with the experience of being a living unit. I am currently focusing on the senses and the question surrounding the implications of notions of the posthuman for the living being of to-day. Some roboticists hold that the senses have no future and that the body is obsolete, statements that I instinctively question. My work is in the unique collection of contempoeary women's art at New Hall College Cambridge, and has been shown in New Contemporaries, The Barbican London and the Royal Academy London among other venues.
